Joshua James Ltd focus on quality and with this we provide extremely fine cut and produced glass to fit within our hand crafted systems. All our glass types are produced from float glass (annealed) which then goes through a toughening (tempered) process making it 5 times stronger than when it originally started the process. This is also known as toughened safety glass. Along with this we also provide laminated glass which can be used for high level glazing and when an acoustic barrier is required. Our glass undergoes a laminating process of which two pieces of float glass get laminated (stuck) together using a clear, security gel. Once this process is complete it ensures the glass remains integral should it ever crack or break.
